3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined based on account level.
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals will be suspended during any investigation into suspected money laundering or fraud.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or cooperative betting — will result in v77 forfeiting the bonuses and associated winnings from those accounts.

5 Betting Rules

Certain rules apply when betting on v77. These are in place to ensure a fair betting environment for everyone.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.
• If a technical issue occurs before a match begins, the affected bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• V77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If odds shift at the time of bet confirmation, the bet will either be accepted at the new odds or cancelled — based on the user's preference. Bets already confirmed will not be voided due to connection issues.

Win Limits

The maximum win from a single bet is determined by the relevant betting market. v77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusually large winnings.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on v77. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or buying and selling accounts.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or abusing bonus strategies.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

7 Account Closure & Termination

Closed at User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the v77 support team. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

Closure by v77

V77 may close or temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• For providing false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Changes to Terms
